Being a new writer I have learned, the hard way unfortunately, that getting in "the room" can be the hardest battle you fight as a writer. Here's the question; now that I am in the room what do I expect? Have an upcoming meeting and want to make sure I am prepared. Thanks for any advise

Max Adams's Screenwriter's Survival Guide is a good read on the practical stuff, what to wear, how to go about the meeting and such.
