I made a short film with my phone. Silly, I know. But I can't add voice. Is there any equipment (cheap) thing that I can use to provide clear voice for my short film.

Are you trying to edit it in your phone? I would download a free movie editor and take the clips and edit on a computer. Then you could use your computer for v.o. and sound. That would be the cheapest way.
Yes in computer, but I don't know what kind of equipment to use to V.O.. Please can you tell me. Mr. Allen.

You could use the video on your phone (record the voice) and in your editor remove and discard the video part, keeping and laying out the sound you want. If you don't have an editor you could download Window's free movie editor and use that (if you don't want to send money).
