Introduce Yourself : Specialization in documentary dramas by Piet Opperman

Thank you for allowing me to be here and interact with all these fine people. I like to find extraordinary historical events (especially ones that are unknown, or have been forgotten -- or buried) and creating a screenplay following the known facts very closely, but overlaying it with the invented needs, wants and psychology of the characters involved. I am currently working on an unbelievable story involving the romance of a German nobleman and a New York socialite, set before and during World War 1. I live and work in Sarasota, Florida.
