Your Stage : Any advice? by Sheldon Casses

I've completed a story that I have been working on for years but am a bit lost now that I'm finished. The issue I have is that I truly want tone do my all to see this story made but want to put my efforts in the media format that would give it the best chance of being made. A motion picture is out of the question, it's far too ambitious a project and no studio exec in their right mind would ever green light a project from a nobody. So now I wonder if a novel may be the easiest and most attainable even though it was made to be an anime but that route is prohibitively expensive. I really need some direction here, any advice would be more than appreciated.
