Introduce Yourself : Searching for collaborative project and film production support. by Duca Simone Luchini

I am filmmaker, narrative & script writer and CG artist. . Actually I live in Hamburg (Germany) but I come from Toscana (Italy). I'm searching for film production support and collaborative projects. I'd like to create a team What can I OFFER: FIRST STEP - providing "no budget" or "extreme low budget" short film projects: log line, synopsis, script, and in many cases also preliminary film footage. - cinematography - post production - social networking and promotion (IMDB, Youtube, Vimeo, Behance, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, etc...) IMHO, this is the best way (I know...) to test a team. If everything is okay and the team works great (with concrete results), I'd like to approach a second step. SECOND STEP This step is concerning film projects funded by crowdfunding. - providing "no budget" or "low-medium budget" short film projects and OR /AND TV - WEB series. (Again with log line, synopsis, script, and in many cases also preliminary film footage). - cinematography - post production - social networking and promotion (IMDB, Youtube, Vimeo, Behance, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, etc...) There is also a THIRD step, but I think is really better try to fly down, at first and to test collaboration and skills of the team, for awhile. Film business is completely saturated with snake oil salesmen, crooks and time wasters. And "bla, bla, bla ..." it is probably the most heard slogans we can hear in this sector... Of course, I can participate to your projects, if I can help you with my skills.! What I ASK: First of all, a FILM PRODUCTION TEAM (one or more producers, is the same for me) that is able to do these simple things: - evaluating the proposed projects - say clearly what manufacturers can do to the project (promotion, investment, crowfounding, networking ...) - make it CLEAR what kind of compensation they want. For example, if the producer sell the film project (film festivals, broadcast, cinema, web networks...) she/he has to receive a percentage established from the beginning, with a regular contract. If the producer organize a crowdfunding campaign for the project, she/he has to receive a compensation established from the beginning, with a regular contract. An so on... I DON'T NEED (at the moment) any financial film production consulting service and any other service that provides an advance payment. The producer has to participate: if the producer believes in the project this means (at least for me...) is because she/he believes can use her/his ability to draw out a gain/profit. And in this sense I am ready to sign any kind of contract. (It is not the absolute truth and are not the words of a god, but only what they have taught me eight years of experience in this area. Maybe there are many others way to produce film: I am here ready to hear them!)) I ask, of course, a COLLABORATION with filmmaker, writes, actors, music composer, sound engineers and every kind of creative, designers and post production colleagues (VFX, colorist, etcetera...). Concretely, they should read a proposed project (Log line, synopsis, script...) and they should consider whether the project is interesting for them and WHAT ROLE they would like to have in the project. That's all, I think ... I APOLOGIZE if I have been several verbose and for my "broken" English, but I hope it is at least understood the meaning of this post.
