Anyone else having trouble getting through to Stage 32 Support? I have emailed them several times over the past week and still no response. Usually they respond within a couple of days. I have used the contact link at the bottom of the screen, and have also replied to previous emails they sent me. Anyone have any suggestions?

Oops. Sorry Matt. Didn't mean to be all impatient. I just thought maybe something was going wrong on my end, like maybe my stuff was being seen as spam? Anyway, thanks for the reply.

Toby, no need to apologize! Erik and I do our best to reply to emails within 48 - 72 hours at the latest. You're absolutely right to check in. Your emails are definitely being received. Thank you for being so patient with us!

Having the same issue concerning a message I sent to assistant@stage32.com on May 18th -- had a question about properly entering the screenwriting contest and what personal info to leave on the screenplay but never had an answer, so I'm actually not sure whether or not the screenplay I submitted was accepted (though I do have an order number).
