Introduce Yourself : Hi Everyone! by Majeed Sayibu

Hey guys! I'm Majeed Sayibu (Sah-Yi-Bu) and go by M. Sayibu in my credits. I grew up in Ghana, West Africa and got the filmmaking bug at 7 where I would make reproductions of my favorite Western Films. To me film , and more importantly storytelling is how we connect with each other all over the world.I didn't have much financially, but when we got a 10th Hand VHS Player, the harsh living of West Africa was a distant memory in those moments when it was just me and whatever movie I was watching. It's such an immersive experience to see a Star Wars, or The God Father. I wasn't able to see a movie on the big screen until in 2009 at the age of 20 when I moved from Ghana to Germany. I got my first Camera that same year and then joined the US Air Force so I could save up for school and dedicated my life to what I love. This is what brings me here. If you are a filmaker like me, an actor, whatever kind of creative you are, Please connect with me and let's network.
