Good food helps me to make good films! What about you?

Hello. I am a British based writer and director currently attached to two feature films in development, one a thriller and the other a documentary, and I have been a film and TV producer and executive producer ( I was a produced the Oscar short listed, BAFTA and Emmy Nominated, and multiple award winner Prix Italia, BIFA, Grierson a etc Mugabe and the White African). A short, a darkly comic dram, that I directed, Black Car Home, was shown at the 2015 London Short Film Festival. I am interested in lively, original, hard working people who are involved in any aspect of film making where ever they are based. I have worked all over the world in a long TV career. I am interested in food and was a former Gastronome of the Year, and think that good food, like this delicious autumnal lunch yesterday, make for efficient grey matter when writing etc. What food makes you function best?

Tomasz Mieczkowski

Cool intro, David. I don't think I knew all of that about you (or about the gray matter). :) I only know which food makes me function worst. I just read your unique traits too... that's definitely a talent. :)

Welcome to the community, David! Who doesn't love some good food to keep the creative juices flowing? What are some of your favorite recipes?

David Pearson

Where to begin really there are so many - I love seafood of all varieties and like clams with garlic, onion, and samphire a lot. Since I am a gluten free eater (not by choice) I would have either gluten free pasta or rice with it.

Carola Kastell

Also gluten free eater .. try to get my food as simple as possible. . Few pure ingrediences .. rigt now really stuck on a special wrap ( don't want to break any rools by naming ) and different fillings..fast and tasty when in hurry.. Importent to plan ahead when food gives energy all day... Welcome // Carola
