These are really wonderful headshots! In regards to which ones to choose, it depends on which roles you're anticipating auditioning for. It's important to have a few different looks based on the character types you are pursuing. I really enjoy the last one you posted. I think it's very strong with confident eye contact and great posture. It's also complimented by a softness based on the relaxation of your face. The other one I enjoy is the top right photo of the first set you posted. It's much more feminine with inviting eyes and a posture that represents a more vulnerable side. It's a wonderful contrasting emotion from the first one I mentioned.
