"Twelve Nights with Viola & Olivia" screenplay with five strong women's roles uploaded

"Twelve Nights with Viola & Olivia" retells Shakespeare's "Twelfth Night" from the perspective of the women in the play. As the men around them scheme for a rich countess, two girls face constant danger and adventure as they share forbidden passions they dare not reveal. In addition to the screenplay uploaded to my profile, an extensive summary relates how different "Twelfth Night" is when the audience only sees the story from the perspective of the women instead of the men. Situations that "Twelfth Night" viewers see developing long in advance are sudden surprises that burst upon the titular protagonists. However, even more importantly, "Twelve Nights with Viola & Olivia" asks us to consider why women risk their lives to pursue their passions, or sacrifice their safety to stay with dangerous men.
