World Building with a box of scraps.

There is no singular path to world building. Figure out works for you. Now where will this take the story?

Stephen Foster

this looks exciting

Richard "RB" Botto

Every writer has their own way as to how they go about outlining, plotting and planning. Yours seems to be a cousin of my "controlled chaos" method.

Leonard D. Hilley II

Nicely done. Where will the story take you? The possibilities are endless.

Christian Pius

Mine is quite similar. I don't have a board though. I draw in my book of ideas, save internet pages on my browser and Microsoft PowerPoint does the magic in my outlining.

James Drago

I board like this. Keep thumbtack companies in business also.

Serafin Soto

@Rb Thanks! That's right, "Controlled Chaos" as It lightens the load on my imagination so I can focus on the "Divorce Law" research for plot authenticity. I've never been married but I'm prepared for a divorce! :D

Serafin Soto

@ James Drago I knew one day, these thumbtacks would serve a great purpose. I was getting tired of stepping on them. Ow! Thank you also Stephen, Leonard and Christian. Stop me when I break out the toys and Legos.

Marquis White

Boards like that are the best! I always wondered why editing a photo was easier than a book or script (not really, but for the sake of this comment). The reason, however, is because you can see what's in front of you. Really helps to visualize!

James Drago

Those thumbtacks can be dangerous!

Shawn Speake

Where's the army men?

Jody Ellis

That's awesome you are able to make those tools work for you. Not really something I like to do, but whatever works!
