On the subway train to work
Car pooling to work
During Lunch
5 frequent potty breaks of 6 minutes each = 30 minutes of writing, plus lunch that's an hr and a half that you got done. Wow!
* Wake up 1-2 hours early, just because you wanted to write "You said your writing is important to you."
Stay up late: Write 10p-1am. = 3 + 30 + 1 = 4.5 hours of Screenwriting
Call in sick make a day out of it
You handicapped: Write! SIt without choice and write!
After work! Tell everybody to "Fend for yourself!" Go to STarbucks or your favoritre Mom and Pop coffeeshop and do your deed dirt cheap
"Get Kyser Soze," with your writing!"
Be committed, stay comittted and go from discipline to bliscipline. I know you can do it! Encouraging you ALL to find time to write.

Wrote all weekend. Also read 2 award winning screenplays. I consider that writing as well.

Awesome! Just got three hours in. I dod 1.5 hr timeblocks and then go for a maddening aggressive walk before the next Time Block. Awesome!

Are you seriously saying you write while in the bathroom at work? That would be considered stealing company time at my job. Not to mention...ew.

cmon Jody! haven't you stolen posties, pens, paper from work for personal use? Heck, i come to work at 4:30am to use the xerox machine :) I can't afford $15 per script at Fedex/Kinko's.

Nowadays if I get an hour of writing done in a day I’m doing good. If I get two hours done it is a miracle. However, when I first started out I wrote a lot every day but then I learned you must market the damn things.
Agree w Dan. You have to spend just as much time networking and marketing as you do writing. Oftentimes more.
You have to spend time experiencing life or you have nothing to write about.
Yes, anything worthwhile is hard Aray. Yes, marketing your work is part of the name game. I'm making calls getting naked. Whose with me? Get writing. I did 3 hours so far.
And remember, you can always meditate and take a visual journey through your story, character, world, etc. (if it just so happens that you are without pen and paper or without a way to audibly record something. Stranger things have happened).
In a way, it's still "writing" because you're engaged "in it".
