Your Stage : looking for a collaborator for a Handmaid's Tale-like concept by Shelton Bumgarner

Let me stress, I know no one is going to help me without them being paid. and I just like to tell stories. but I think I have a pretty strong concept for a screenplay, I just feel like i need someone to bounce ideas off of. I am in the process of writing a short story using the concept and I'm more than willing to send you the latest draft. But I think if someone collaborated with me, we could take it to the next level and make it a screenplay. I probably will, if I get any positive attention, just turn it into a novel since I can't afford to pay anyone to help me write a screenplay. :-)
