I would like to see S32 allow the creation of private groups for production organization. Coordination could be so much easier.

No a meetup is a face to face thing. I think RBT is referring to a sub-group in your network that can post to one another, have topics of discussion that only they can see. Sort of an on-line meetup or chat room.
