Felisha is ends up as a single mom and homeless. After hitting rock bottom Felisha has to re-adjust and prepare herself for a major CHANGE! ROLES: **[Felisha] Female / Age 20-25 / African American / Principal Felisha decides to walk away from her marriage after 3 years. Feeling trapped and tired of the verbal abuse Felisha packs up and leave. After her husband cut all financial support off in an attempt to blackmail her to come back. Felisha becomes homeless and has to start from scratch with no education or experience. Local hire. [Judy (Felisha’s Mother)] Female / Age 40-45 / African American / Minor Supporting Judy tries to support her daughter Felisha on her decisions in life and refuses to enable her. Encouragement and sound advice plays a major part in Felisha's breakthrough. Local hire. [Tina] Female / Age late 20- 25 / African American / Day Player She is a single mom of a 5-year-old boy. She is facing eviction and advises Felisha to go with her to the HSD so her and the children don't end up on the street.. Local hire. **[Ms. Glen (Social Worker)] Female / Any Age / Any Ethnicity / Day Player She is a Social Worker at the “Homeless Shelter Division.” Ms. Glen interviews hundreds of people saying they are homeless but see’s that Felisha is a unique case. With sympathizing and showing compassion she encourages Felisha to prepare herself and be strong. Local hire. Vonya becomes that push Felisha needs to break her out of her depression and get up to do something with her life.
