Introduce Yourself : Yep, Another Screenwriter!! by William Jeffery

Hi, everyone! I'm a freelance writer going on twelve years now. You can check out my profile for more info on what I've done, but I'll say this to all the new : I've worked on all levels of this industry in one way or the other, but I've never gotten closer to the big time than from this site. A script of mine came in second in last year's Happy Writers Search for New Blood Screenwriting Contest & it earned me several phone meetings with a major studio. While, unfortunately, nothing came of it -- it got me in the room. I encourage every writer to enter as many Stage 32 contests as they can, & spring for notes to help you get better at your craft.
