Does anyone use the template that's at the bottom left of the page and if so, how good a template is it? Are there parts you ignore? Parts you'd add? Would you change how they say to do a specific thing, like how they say to intro characters? Thanks in advance.

The HW template pdf is a guideline created by those that either coordinate, or moderate, or have been witness to hundreds and hundreds of pitches. They also work with, review and receive feedback, and get tips and suggestions from all the execs, managers and producers they bring to the table. So... there's good information/tips on the pdf -- typical industry expectations, and tried-and-true approaches. But you certainly can try other approaches; it's your pitch! ;)
