Livestreaming Advice

Hey guys! I'm hoping to get some assistance. I'm in the process of planning a production that I would like to livestream to FB using multiple cameras. One - I'm hoping to find a livestreaming expert who could help coordinate such a production (not just a youtuber, but someone who has broadcast live events using multiple cameras before). I'm not entirely sure how to go about locating one since "livestream expert" isn't exactly a common category anywhere. And two - I have a venue that is 100% perfect for what I need, but it has one little issue. They have no internet. So I'm also looking for some advice on what sort of hotspot device or broadcasting box, anything I can use that I can stream through that isn't going to cost me those satellite van prices. If anyone can point me in the right direction for these things, that would be fantastic.

If you can wrangle up iPads (you can shoot video at 1080 to 4K depending on the version), you can use Switcher Studio (www.switcherstudio.com) - perfect for streaming on FB.
