Amazing! Thanks.
Thank you, Paul Mahoney, Roberto Dragonne for your positive feedback!
You'd be surprised, Owen Mowatt! Happy holidays to one and all.
Thanks for your comment, Owen. Personally, I've received valuable feedback by sending my scripts to friends and colleagues. I don't get pats on the back.
Wow!
Got it. Thanks for clarifying, Dan. Much appreciated.

My personal opinion only - not intended as a put down - but I see that blog directed toward new writers still in the wading pool. It's designed to encourage shallow, formulaic screenwriting. Unless your friends/family are heavy hitters in the industry, their feedback is pretty pointless - no matter their/your intent. I only write specs now so I'm not restrained by a NDA and I'm willing to discuss my projects with any/everybody to help me get a better feel for where my story is headed - plus having someone blow smoke up your pant leg feels so good.
I would love to read one of your feature film screenplays, Doug.
In a few months, you can read The Guardian and Halt. Right now, all I have on the hot list is a bunch of shorts.
