Hello Stage32,
My name is Alex, I'm a screenwriter based in Los Angeles and a new member to Stage 32!
I just wanted to send out a quick introduction and at the same time post a question for any and all current members: basically, what's Stage32 all about? I'd love to hear from some folks that have been on the site for a while about how to best utilize the space, be it to promote their own work, share screenplay information, make new writing connections, find paid gigs or anything in between. What's more, I'd also love to get some advice on how to best navigate the site to make the most of things.
As for me, I'm a young writer with a lot of projects in the works and can't wait to connect with and meet other LA based screenwriters to put even more new stuff into development! Looking forward to chatting more.

Hello, this is a place for beginners and veteran writers, actors, directors, illustrators, and other creative types to ask advice, network, list failures/successes, and to vent at times. Best way to go about it is to request connections with like minded folks and get to know everyone. There’s also Happy Writers which helps give advice on pitching and such. There’s also the option to pitch to different execs, producers, agents, etc...
My apologies if my description left out anyone and I’m sure I failed to list all the opportunities on here. Like script coverage, webinars, job offers, etc...

Hello Alex, I am a screenwriter too, so maybe we can share some ideas. I don't know much about Stage 32, this is my first time on this site. I am not writing a screenplay for a movie called Hope Lane, a story about love, music, and the triumph of the human spirit. I would appeactaie any words of wisdom you have to share.
