Sorry, I'm not Daniel Waters of Heathers etc. fame, I'm Daniel Waters the author of young adult books. My Generation Dead YA series (Hyperion) was briefly developed for television, and my novel Break My Heart 1,000 Times (also Hyperion) was shot last year, Gold Circle producing, Jason Fuchs writing, Scott Speer directing, and starring Bella Thorne, Richard Harmon, Dermot Mulroney and dozens of equally exceptional actors. Interested in learning the screen trade, screenwriting, and developing Generation Dead and future projects to completion.

Welcome!! I write Novels also. I also Have written screenplays. Lots of education in that field. It is totally different from writing books. Less is more in screenplays. Lol. I have A bad habit, as my teachers say, of trying to direct in my scripts. You have a head start and will do well!!! Enjoy the ride.
