Introduce Yourself : Hey Everyone! by Terri Cecil

I'm a newbie to this site and excited to "meet" everyone!  

My name is Terri Cecil and I am an Executive Producer with Hey Pete Productions!  I have been in the entertainment industry in one form or the other since 2003. I got my start as the head of the TV/Film Division of a regional talent agency in Charlotte, NC, where I cut my teeth & honed my eye for talent. In 2005 I relocated to Los Angeles with my young daughter, who's acting & music careers I helped successfully shape & guide, immersing myself into the business of Hollywood & learning the ropes through natural osmosis. I have worked in both the television & music industries, working with writers & producers of successful bands & artists.

I met my producing partner, Jon Harrison Taylor, in 2013 and have been collaborating ever since. My love of music and eye for talent led to the natural progression of starting a production company to give a voice to the underserved both in front of and behind the camera. In January of 2017, together Mr. Taylor & I formed Hey Pete Productions with the intention of providing quality entertainment by showing the world in our unique and colorful lens.

We are currently in development and production of an episodic comedy called "Sweet", an edgy and hilarious take on fame, family and dysfunction focused on our main character "Nico Sweet", ~ bona fide international rock star, notorious lothario, flamboyant alcoholic, absentee ex-husband and struggling father ~ who's journey we follow as he travels back to LA with his sidekick Mikey, and attempts to mend his relationship with the loves of his life: his ex-wife "Hannah" and adorable daughter "Olivia".
