Anyone have a good idea for a short 3-4 page mystery script? Im more into horror but I have to do a short mystery theme script. I want to combine the two but i dont think thats a good idea. Any advice would be nice.

It could be, but imagine her fear!
Imagine a perverted night watchman who seizes her captured in the cabin.
Mix the genres, why not?
Grandma heard somebody approaching the cabin. Who could it be? Dracula? Jack the Ripper? Hannibal Lecter? Someone who will rape her and chopped her into pieces?
She was scared that it was happening because she wanted to steal three f..king cheap clothes!

Yes, it is mixable, after all mystery can be tune into something like horror.
True, i always though mystery and horror go good together
Oh yeah, it is very possible to cross these two themes and it can be really fun when you do. If you ever get a chance, look up a film from New Zealand called Housebound. That one kind of mixes the themes of horror and mystery. And it has that classic New Zealand humor and quirkiness.
