Hi! So... I am super, duper new to this realm of learning the in's and out's on Screenwriting groups, sites, etc.... for aspiring writers ..... And I was curious about anyone who has had experience with The Blacklist?
I recently sent a script for evaluation and got scores/feedback sent back quickly. I was extremely confused on the scores. Reading the feedback, the reader clearly read the script but seemed to give it praise and compliment pretty much 85% of the script overall. Aside from saying there was some "clunky dialogue" and a story element that seemed a little confusing and could be fleshed out, everything they said was nothing short of how strong and fantastic the script was. Then I got a 6 ?? That makes absolutely no sense. I am super thrown here.
I just got scores back last week from a pretty well known Screenplay coverage group --- and my script got a 9.4 and a Recommend. --- How does a script go from a 9.4 to a 6 in one week? Upon doing some research... I came across a lot of writers who have had similar experiences with The Black List. I wanted to reach out here and see what sort of experience writers here may have had ? I'm just curious to find out if it's just me being sensitive (ha!) or if truly am I losing my mind and my script is that bad? Your thoughts would help! Thanks!

Save your money and just forget the blacklist. If you got a recommend from a well known service then maybe you should utilize some of the services on this site.
