I'm trying to use the "Online Chat" function and can't get a message to distribute. My internet is top class so that is not it...Any tips?

I have the same problem. The app isn't loading any content at all with me and the webpage seems exceedingly slow...
The chat works for me if I send the same message twice, close the chat and then reopen it... which is cumbersome.
I'm having an issue of multi notifications for the same contact requests/messages and delayed notifications on discussions.
The website is seeming quite clunky and similarly have top speed internet and the problems only seem native to stage32.
I too don't see my messages show up the routine of close the chat, re.open and resend seems to do the trick, though sometimes also ends up sending the messages multiple times. and I have to delete them to leave just one.
