Furnished or unfurnished? Ask a few commercial Realtors or some building management companies. Also ask a few small time businesses if you can use their space on the weekend. If it has to be in Portland for skyline, bridge and river view - the concentrate your efforts along the riverfront area. Designate one person as your Site Director.
