Introduce Yourself : Renegade Lens Pictures is searching for a great CGI resource by David Christopher Loya

We are in late development on a lower budget sci-fi feature, and we're especially seeking a great source for photo realistic CGI. We will require about 50 seconds, maybe less, of 4k rendered output depicting an aerial of a post apocalyptic, devastated cityscape being bombarded with particle beams, so there are atmospheric effects involved.

I'm looking for the next Neil Blonkamp in terms of animation skills and realism. Our budget for this work is in the $40 to $60k range. We're not scheduled to begin shooting until late summer, so we have time... I know that the models exist.. It's about what can be done in customization of the models, animation, camera work and rendering that will make the difference.  I hope to hear from some talented artists.  Thank you!
