Anything Goes : Pitch Help by Andrew Gardner

Hello! Great news! I pitched an idea to an exec yesterday, and it was very well received! I have been asked to send in a treatment detailing all aspects of how the show will play out. Because this is a reality/unscripted show I have pitched, all I have is a summary that I will expand on and submit to her. My question is, how should I proceed as far as copyrighting, or will I even need to do that? Thanks! Wish me luck!
