Hi Keith. To have had this stigma attached to your life -- your whole life is a huge burden. Especially when its not true. So many can damage your reputation in so many ways but once you're put onto a register it's there for life - true or false.

It's hard to reach everyone who becomes aware of the falsity.

I presume you would be paying someone to write this for you. And I'm sure you'll be inundated with offers.

Provided it's written properly - no need for defamation concerns. I've written 4 non-fiction books and a series of current affairs stories in my magazines - no one has even suggested 'defamation' because the defence to it is 'truth'.

Write a best-selling book of your life experience and someone else will pay you for the rights to make a movie.

Very sorry to hear about your situation, Keith. This can be a very interesting offer for a writer, but two things needs to happen. 1. You must be able to explain why GF thinks so little about you that she makes you go through this. 2. The story needs to start here, otherwise your character will be a so called passive hero (=crap movie).

You now should start to write down the exact concrete disadvantage you have in your life because of the attack & wrong court decision. Then keep the attacker and the law informed. It's your decision if you say to GF that she will not be punished for admitting the truth.

In other words you recognize her attack as bully and grab your right to defend yourself.

Keith- Buy the "Screenwriters Bible" and do it yourself. It's your life and your story. Who better to tell it than you?

Steven Harris Anzelowitz I can only imagine his trauma. It would, I imagine be too difficult to move yourself psychologically to a place of learning. What he needs also, is someone with analytical expertise to sift through the court transcripts for anything which could be picked up and used in assisting to establish his innocence. Not sure what representation he had, or the competency of that representation. My success at law has been the incompetency of my opponents.

Having said that, on review, it could be written in the vein of 'The Fugitive'. Think I could make it a goer along those lines. Wouldn't help to clear his name but may give him some satisfaction if successful.

Good Morning, I will truly like to thank everyone for all the replies and suggestions on my wall, they are all truly appreciated. This will be a good subject to bring awareness and a awesome documentary. My court transcript is with me and She didn’t mention any force or fear. She even came to visit me while I was in custody for this case by herself without notifying the district attorney. Her testimony was lead by the district attorney. During my preliminary hearing. And the DNA results were never administered. Her testimony clearly shows she did this over being angry with me over our break up. Although the courts didn’t care about anything but convicting me. I truly understand this is a sensitive subject although this is actually a true story that happened to me over 20 years ago and it’s public records and I will be using her testimony therefore people are free to come up with their own conclusions on the story. So far everyone who I showed the case to suggest me writing a story about it. Being that I am black I was taught to never see a psychiatrist because it shows the world that I am crazy. 2 months ago I began going appointments with a therapist and showed her my case to better understand my frustration. She advised me to share my story because it’s unfair for me to be convicted if this and its wrong for my alleged victim to be walking the streets. During the time of my arrest the Oakland police department was and still is currently corrupted. Their corruption and her multiple stores she told from the police report to the testimony don’t match. She didn’t know she was in court to testify against me she was told she was coming for other reasons. •   Pamela Bolinder I really don’t want to change the story, her testimony explains why she accused me of Rape, she was angry with me. Everyone who reads her testimony can clearly see she was angry and don’t understand how it ended up in court as well as having me convicted. She emailed me in 2007 saying what happens in the past stays in the past as well telling me she is a Christian now. I asked her since she is now saved can she tell the DA the truth about why she accused me of raping her she said she will. Although she called me back and told me the DA told her there was nothing she can do to help me get this off my record and I haven’t heard from her since. PJ Edwards This is my first writing the hook is she did this because she was angry and only to control me. A lot of black women call the police on black men over control. Being that they have no family to damage their men physically they choose to damage men in other ways and it’s usually by filing false police reports. A week before she accused me of Raping her I returned from being a on stage guest for the second time on “The Ricki Lake Show” in New York, I was also a on Stage guest on the “Tempestt Bledsoe” Show in New York. I didn’t realize at the time how many people watched them shows until I returned home and found out how many people began to recognize me. She began to hate the attention whenever we went anywhere in the public where people noticed me and wanted to leave once she saw someone I didn’t know approach me. After being asked on the witness stand what was the reason for us breaking up? She replied, Because of her wanting to leave places and me not when we went out. She waved time for 6 months and I only had one charge that could only give me a year of county time. Although by my public defender waving time for 6 months if she would have continued to wave time to more than 9 months I would be looking at prison time because after a year in custody your done with county time. While I was going to court the judge told me no matter what He’s going to sentence me to the maximum amount of time for my one charge of Rape that I was falsely accused of. I ended up taking a deal because I was railroaded to taking a deal although once I realized I was tricked, I asked to take my plea back before sentencing. The judge refused to allow me to take my plea back and sentenced me to a full year in the county jail where I did a full 8 months a 20 days for this charge. I don’t understand why the judge refused to let me take me deal back before being sentenced. Even after I filed a motion to fire her the judge refused to let me fire her. It’s my story as for her knowing it’s about her hopefully this will lead her to admit she filed a false case and see the damaged she actually caused in my life.
