I am a multi award-winning film producer and recently released DECEPTION ON DEMAND (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xQyH9KPIvk0&t=0s), an exposé of the questionable business practices of Marie Adler and Associates Entertainment (A&AE). It just won the Best Documentary Short at the Los Angeles Cine-Fest.
Since the release of DOD, I’ve been contacted by filmmakers from seven countries, all of whom documented the SAME kind of scam and attempts to defraud them by Marie Adler, who has at least eight different aliases and, among 10 different, now defunct companies all operating out of the same mailing address, and who was involved with a company that the FTC busted for conducting a multi-million dollar fraud. However, I’m also concerned that industry professionals, such as Stage32 and its owner, have remained silent about Adler and her potentially multi-million dollar, international scam of indie film distributors. I wrote an open letter and a personal email to Richard Botto…both still unanswered.
As DOD shows, Adler sabotaged the PBS showing of our film, Breaking the Silence, which we produced in 2009, long before the #MeToo movement. And BtS just won Austin Indie Film Festival Best Women’s Documentary.
Yes, because the people who run Sage 32 are more interested in making a buck and being shills for these contemptible rip-off artists. Poor little Marie Adler must've been crying her eyes out to them, or maybe offering them some part of the profit from any unknowing victims she'd find among the filmmakers here.
I thank Laura Cassidy for pointing out that the entire thread calling out the lowlife con artist Marie Adler and A&AE has been removed by Stage32.
It’s also telling that Marie Adler took the time to go over to IMDb and personally attack two of my films.

After five minutes you will wish you never set eys on this movie. I wasn't able to follow the story. Film is so fake and old. You can tel the filmmaker is a first time filmakers that needs to go back to school!

Don't waste your time! Worst movie I've ever seen! It makes no sense! You can' follow the story!
Apart from her being almost illiterate and incoherent, it’s especially interesting that one of the films she attacked, Breaking the Silence, is one of the two films that I fought to…GET BACK FROM HER. You can learn all about it in DECEPTION ON DEMAND (https://youtu.be/xQyH9KPIvk0), the documentary I made exposing these pathetic wannabes who pretend to “distribute” films for indie filmmakers…and then try to keep all the money with phony accounting tricks, etc.
In DECEPTION ON DEMAND you’ll see that Adler even hired the law firm that represented O.J. Simpson to try to intimidate me. After I kicked their butts, she tried and failed with another attorney and finally had to return both my films. My legal costs: $0.
The real question that you indie filmmakers may now have is WHY did Stage 32 REMOVE the entire thread exposing these swindlers? What kind of a deal with Marie Adler and A&AE did they make, what kind of PROFIT did they get for CENSORING the warnings that ALL indie filmmakers should be aware of?
Make no mistake about it, A&AE is a scam, rip-off company run by sleazy bottom feeders. So WHY is Stage 32 protecting them and…NOT YOU THE FILMMAKERS?

No results via Stage 32. This seemed to have sparked the interest of a woman in the Stage 32 enterprise named Phoebe. She wrote to me a few times to invite me to send her $200 to $500 to send me a list of producers, directors, etc., who should help my career.
