There many talents that make a great film. The right ones allow the Actors to talk, walk, speak, jump, dance on that table and give the grwat performances to entertain us. But what 4 legs(CRAFTS) are most important in your opinion? Go for it. It's Monday. The Football game won't start for another few hours. But the real question is Pizza or Chinese.
Typo:grwat should be great. Sorry. Big hands small Samsung Galaxy 3 keypad. Keep hoping Santa will bring me a laptop.
If a film were a table, the most important legs would be the ones on the bottom side. I don't think there is a 'most important' craft - if any one is missing or improperly crafted, the whole table falls over or at least wobbles.
Doug - Ok.
WLE- That is why when we get funded for our little bauble we will work well together. My 4 legs are: Writing, Directing, Cinematography, and Music. However if it were 6 legs I would add producton design, and Film editing. We both know there are MANY others. But if these are firing at 110% The actors on top of that table can give the performances of their lives. And since I am an Actors Director in the WOODY ALLEN mold. If we just leave them alone they will be fine.
Do I want this table 'table leaf' to have legs?
I'm not good at juggling with table legs, but (generally speaking) you could argue that the first question that has to be asked is "can I make this movie interesting without sound?" If "yes", the rest is a bonus.
