I'm not sure if "When Harry met Sally" is my favorite romance screenplay/movie but it is different because there is no real conflict needed to make the story work. This is why: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kR2pLUHBgGM
We did a "Favorite Screenplay" thread last month. Here's a link to it - there's a list of the 70 favorites at the bottom of the thread, and a link to some of the screenplays, including When Harry Met Sally, which had the most pics.
"Casablanca" and "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" are great romance screenplays. Lots of juicy dialogue and not your typical boy meets girl kind of romance.
If you want a different perspective on romances, listen to the dvd commentaries by the directors. My favorites have been Nora Ephron on Sleepless in Seattle and You've Got Mail; Joe Wright on Pride & Prejudice (2005); Nancy Meyers on The Holiday, What Women Want, and It's Complicated; Gary Marshall on Valentine's Day and New Year's Eve; and Peter Chelsom on Serendipity.
The commentaries take the script from being words on a page through the production process to the finished film. I've listened to far more commentaries than I've read scripts.
Another approach to the romance film is the Tarantino style. Try reading True Romance or Natural Born Killers. These are not considered to be romance movies, but romance is undeniably the motivation for the main characters.
