Yup, you can click “Unsubscribe” and ‘stop following’ any thread that you have commented on by clicking the gray chevron (or gray down arrow) found in the thread post’s upper right corner, then down to make that selection. ;)

To change or set notifications, go to the round “gear” settings icon found in the upper right corner of the website. Click and scroll down to “Email Preferences.” ;)
