I decided to make a short film telling one of the stories from my feature screenplay 'Abduction'. Showing more of a human side to what's left behind after a child is taken from a loving family. I've been toying with the idea for sometime now but always thought you needed funding. So I decided to make it myself using digital format camera with a 28mm lens. I made all the visual effects myself and called on the family to help out. My son plays Harvey Harrison, who is Abducted, and my wife plays his mother [ I thought that would be a good idea as the chemistry is real] and Danny Cunningham plays Kevin his father. It was quite emotional to do, but I think it looks quite good. What do you guys think? I would love some feedback. Many thanks!
Cheers Adam Mawson

I love the idea of " making it yourself!"
It’s a lot of hard work but your the one in control. Some days it felt impossible but I accomplished it.
