Hi Fellow Writers & Actors. I have been in this business in a Small Market for 30 yrs. If you're not like a steel wrecking ball, better find a different occupation. Just got notified that my Award Winning Screen Play, "Crackerjacks" was rejected for the 3rd time. Oh well, move on to the next one. On the Acting side, I have had two supporting roles in Films, 3 National SAG Commercials and numerous local Houston Commercials On the Writing Side, "Crackerjacks", a WWI period piece won Best Action Feature Screenplay at the Austin Revolution Film Festival in Sept. 2018 It is currently be reviewed by an Award Winning Director from England who loves WWI films. Keeping my fingers crossed. My other screen plays include, "Witchdoctor", a Drama/Comedy Short, "HearthStone" an Action/Comedy and "The Lights", a Sci-Fi Thriller. Hoping to have "The Lights" completed by the end of June. "Witchdoctor" was recently read at the SAG-AFTRA "Script2Screen" program by local Houston Members. Hoping to make that into a Feature Film. Break a Leg to all of you, keep writing and be like that Steel Wrecking Ball, keep attacking that wall, you will eventually break through.
