On behalf of the sound department, just a friendly reminder for camera setups involving more than one angle (example: one camera wide, the other tight) on your shot list: MATCHING HEADROOM! MATCHING HEADROOM! MATCHING HEADROOM! Be kind to your boom operators, who are riding the frame-line, lest dialogue capture be compromised in your close ups. If the simultaneous wide shot puts the boom up high above the talent, you'll start to hear more of the set location than the voice they're aiming for. Let them get as close as possible. So remember: MATCHING HEADROOM! MATCHING HEADROOM! MATCHING HEADROOM! It will sound more natural and it'll be easier on their shoulders. Thank you!
Shots fired...lol
