Networking Events

Hi Guys,

I wasn't sure where to post this, but I'm thinking of putting together a program which consists solely of Networking and investing.

Where producers can meet investors and Directors get to meet Actors.

The idea is to bring together working industry people from England Canada and the US under one roof all in hopes for them to find their next project/investment.

This would be mostly for those who have already done a project or two and have a good idea what it is to produce, direct and act in a production and not so much looking to ask how they should start.

Hopefully this way everyone brings something to the table and comes in at the ready.

Would love to know opinions especially from producers, directors and investors. As an actor I know we're always looking for that next project we can commit to along with meeting some awesome like-minded people!

Love to hear from you all!

p.s. Yes, a little alcohol also me thinks

What's up Julian. I'm an actor/filmmaker myself, even though I would not know where to start, I just want to encourage you to find the info needed to do this. I believe it's a great Idea and you should look into pursuing it. I do believe stage32 will definitely help, or least get you ideas!!!! I wish you nothing but continuous blessings as an actor and in life.

Julian, this is of course everyone's goal and a potentially challenging mission. I have some ideas though and if you are truly interested, add me here and we can exchange direct emails/skype to begin discussions

Great idea shame it does not involve newbies. The industry does have international portals some you have to pay to join others you need to recommend and lastly some you have to a credit on theatrical release. I am very happy I stumbled onto Stage32. It's free and full of likeminded people.

Hi Mo, thanks. Its just for people who are just starting there is a lot of accessible things to do, but for folks who have done the initial "startup" or have done some work and looking for their next project it can be a little frustrating to proceed or to no the next step.

Thanks Jason, Shadow, I will give you both a shout

Love the idea. I have made dozens of projects including 18 features and am looking for experienced collaboration. Let’s talk
