Good luck. My contacts at Distribber recently advised that even they and other aggregators are being put on a year-long waiting list to talk to Netflix. One of the business model reasons Netflix missed its 2nd quarter profits by 50% and lost 10% of its stock value in one day - they think they can make everyone come to them but only want to speak to certain people.
