My name is Courtney Avichouser, and I started this project almost five years ago. I have a pilot script that has placed in several contests. It's based on the island of Maui in Hawaii, and is inspired by my life story. I am currently negotiating a contract with a production company in L.A. It's very exciting, so I wanted to share. We are very close to making this a reality.
I am so lucky to live in paradise, and I'm interested to know if any of you have been to Maui?

That's awesome news about your pilot. I've been to Maui and love it. In fact, I'll be going back to the islands next summer for a conference, but I'm not sure if I'll make it to Maui this time.
