2019 was great. My film ME 3.769 (writer/director/producer) won multiple festivals and premiered (licensed) to the HBO network.
I was named 1 of “5 filmmakers to watch” by the Miami New Times and was 1 of 9 directors chosen for the Sundance Lab.
I just wrapped my first pilot, Princess Cut, which is currently in picture lock and post production. My rough cut was already accepted into competition at a major film festival (not allowed to announce). The film will premiere there in the first quarter of 2020.
I also just finished directing a slate of commercials for Hilton Hotels. While the content was created for new media release the company was so happy with the spots that one just went national network TV.
I’ve finally finished adapting my award winning, off broadway, stage play (Brownsville Bred) into a YA novel. The stage play was hailed by The NY Times as a “Triumph” and chronicles my true coming-of-age amidst the deteriorating backdrop of Brownsville Brooklyn. I anticipate the book will be available everywhere in the first quarter of 2020.
I look forward to directing more commercials in 2020 and continuing to develop my Brownsville Bred as a feature film with which I intend to make my feature directorial debut.

Congratulations for your good work! And results. I'm a writer with some stage and film experience living in Albuquerque, NM. Two books and one play written to date--much more work to follow. God willing and the creek don't rise.
