So, after a few years of minimal rentals from Vimeo, a system I find very unwieldy for film sales, I put the documentary on Filmhub more because it has to be somewhere and without a distributor, there are all of these self-listed things to try. Any experience with Filmhub? I'm not looking to do much more than to keep it alive.

Tasha Lewis this is a documentary, we went the film festival route, got one award, nothing big, but this film is a couple of years old now. Almost got Gravitas Ventures to distribute it, but ultimately we were left with nothing besides Vimeo, but that was little better than putting it in a drawer. If this were new or a dramatic short or something, but I appreciate the information.

Filmhub looks interesting. I'd be interested, too, in hearing from anyone who's tried it. To be clear, though, it's an aggregator, not a distribution service.
What about licensing it with other films as a series for a streaming channel? Just an idea that popped into my head reading your post, I've never done it myself:)
Good question. That's probably truly the answer to a lot of these film questions. Do it yourself. That's how I got into producing, because I was the only one standing to make it work.
I have a film on filmhub and it's about a year now on the platform. Revenue is has been less than $1 so far.. list of VODs filmhub successfully got my film into include some newbies as well as on Amazon. I was expecting a little better than the result though but so far, that's it for me.
