Shortform Comedy Length - Any Contests that Accept 15 minute Comedy Format?

I have a script for a shortform comedy, it is only 17 pages.

Do you think i should submit it under the 30 minute TV category for the contests? Or are there contests that will accept shorter format scripts?

The Sitcom Mission in the UK (15 pages) but unsure that they accept international submissions.
