Hi Guys, I have been acting for many years and have decided to finally write for myself. I have the concept for an episodic and I need some help. Can you please message me if you know of any resources that could teach me about story structure? Thanks:). Anna

While Final Draft will certainly help you with formatting your script, it won't help you with story structure. There are a lot of sites out there that can give you advice on structure, plotting your story etc. And there are countless books from the likes of Syd Field, Robert McKee, Michael Hauge, Linda Seger, John Truby, Blake Snyder, Chris Soth, John Yorke who all give their own take on structure, creating paradigms that riff off the 3-act structure.
If you'd ever like to talk in more detail about this, do feel free to message me.

Hey Anna K. Gold You're in the right place! I am the Director of Script Services at Stage 32. I work directly with screenwriters to guide their development process.
There are so many resources right here on Stage 32 to teach you story structure and screenwriting, from thousands of hours of screenwriting webinars taught by industry pros in our Next Level Education section (which you can find here: https://www.stage32.com/webinars ) to screenwriting development notes, consultation calls, and mentoring (which you can find here: https://www.stage32.com/scriptservices/coverage )
Please feel free to email me directly at j.mirch@stage32.com and let me know what you are working on and where you are at in the process. I would love to be of help!
Thank you, All!
