Hello everyone,
Returned to the acting fold after a 30 year hiatus. Done a bunch of infomercials, extra work, and testimonials ( you know, all the starting up stuff). Landed a part in an off-Bdwy play. Then hooked up with a small production company and had featured roles in several shorts. Wound up collaborating on one script, then writing, filming and playing principle roles in two more. That lead to writing and filming a full length film and playing one of the leads. Currently turning one of 3 novels I've written into a screenplay, and also collaborating on another film script I'll be playing a part in. Always looking for acting work, if you're looking for a stocky guy in his 60's.
Good on you for getting back in the game, Jon. Inspiring. Congratulations on all the success, my friend. Would be great if you'd share some stories of what it was like breaking in again over in the Acting Lounge. Think it would serve to inspire many!
