Introduce Yourself : Screenwriter, author, etc. by Thom Reese

Hi, all! I've been a member of Stage 32 for quite a while but didn't do anything with it until just recently. So, far I've found it to be a great community of creatives. So, a little bit about myself. I'm a published author with ten books released to date. I'm currently shifting my emphasis toward screenwriting with the goals of both selling screenplays as well as learning the ins and outs of the business and production sides of filmmaking. I studied improvisation and comedy writing at The Second City. As well, I was the sole writer and co-producer of a weekly audio drama radio program in Las Vegas. We did full-cast audio dramas with multi-track recording, our own sound effects, and original music. Basically, these were equivalent to doing the audio side of animated films. As such, with this skillset, I'd be interested in teaming with animators in the future on some projects. I look forward to getting to know several of you and building productive relationships.
