Almost ready to submit

Who is accepting unsolicited screen play scripts?

William Martell

No one. Query so that they request it.

Richard P. Alvarez

Hi Robynne - While it's generally fruitless to send a script to a ProCo or agent unsolicited - as others have pointed out, a query with a logline is ONE way to see if there might be a request.

There are also 'tip sheets' and newsletters that list exactly WHAT a proco might be looking for. "Looking for contained, female led thrillers" or "Need coming of age RomCom" - even "Looking for horror set in an abandoned hospital". That sort of thing. If you subscribe to or follow one of those - you'll know who might be interested in your particular type of script. Saves a bit of time and frustration with your queries.

Good luck!
