The best way for you to find collaborators is to respond to posts and start posts of your own. Consider these posts in lounges like virtual conversations at a film festival. If you've ever been in the "Filmmaker's Lounge", it's just all the participants who are at the festival after submitting a film and are now gifted with the ability to meet other industry peers, mentors, and collaborators. Your post is like extending your hand in a handshake, and your response to a post is like accepting that hand to initiate the conversation.
