Introduce Yourself : Hello, everyone! by Aaron C

I've been a writer for most of my life, and have been writing screenplays - or at least pieces of them - for nearly 15 years. I'm currently an active duty military officer and, along with my writing, have an interest in consulting for military films and television shows where my expertise can be put to greatest use. My 18-year career in the military has not often left me with a great deal of time to pursue my writing, but as I approach nearly two decades of uniformed service and realize I'm closer to the end than the beginning, I have been focusing on it a lot more. I am primarily focused on writing feature-length movies, however I suspect that I will try writing for television at some point in my not-too-distant future. My short-term goals are to finish the three feature-length screenplays that I'm currently writing, and to further develop my other ideas to see if they're viable enough to be turned into real stories.

For those of you who read my ongoing work, thank you! I have been updating much of it as I go, so if you like what you're seeing, please check back for updates. I've also spent a great deal of time dusting off my rougher works from my early days and applying years of lessons learned to make them smoother. For anyone who is seriously interested in collaboration or even just a fresh set of eyes to bounce an idea off of, I'm willing to do my best. I certainly hope there are some of you out there.
