Hey all,
After a couple of months downtime because of...yeah, you know...very excited to restart the creative journey with a new batch of budding screenwriters in the Raindance Toronto Screenwriting Foundation Course.
Have to admit, I'm going to feel a little handcuffed teaching this class online -- I am going to miss the immediacy of contact & opportunities to respond the more reluctant of students -- but I am hoping the enthusiasm for the craft remains just as infectious (too soon for this phrasing?) & that the students find reasons to share not only with me, but also with their classmates.
Seeing that moment when a student realizes the dream of screenwriting is entirely realistic, that they are more than sufficient for the task, that they have a voice the world wants to hear...pure magic.
May the creative spirit never waiver in any of you!
