Acting : Pandemic Costs by Myron Edwards

Pandemic Costs

Stage 32 is a great way to showcase material, no matter what genre. But it occurs to me with so many people out of work or struggling, why are the costs so high to promote your material to companies and to organizations. Especially if the said company is looking for new material. A fee of $150 dollars for one application, is enough to feed a family of three for almost a week. Maybe Stage 32 needs to revise its prices and give some of us who are on the breadline a chance to get out of it.

Try screenwriting festivals, many pitches are free but need to book slot in advance. EG LSF now on line all year (used to be in person Regents Park London Pre Covid one month only) has both free and paid pitch events.
